Reuben, Junius & Rose, LLP attorneys have significant experience in negotiating municipal contracts, leases, licenses and other arrangements and agreements with city officials.

Significant recent projects include the development agreement for the Trinity project, which consists of 1,900 residential units, including 360 rent-controlled apartments, within three new buildings ranging from 18 to 26 stories; 60,000 square feet of ground-level retail; and approximately 1,425 off-street parking spaces. The firm has also represented the San Francisco 49ers in negotiating a naming rights agreement for Candlestick Park, and the Mills Corp. in its exclusive right to negotiate agreement; development memorandum; and lease, disposition and development agreement with the San Francisco Port Authority for the Piers 27-31 Mixed Use Recreation Project.
