The firm has also represented the San Francisco 49ers in negotiating a naming rights agreement for Candlestick Park, and the Mills Corp. in its exclusive right to negotiate agreement; development memorandum; and lease, disposition and development agreement with the San Francisco Port Authority for the Piers 27-31 Mixed Use Recreation Project.
