TRANSACTIONAL LAW
Ms. Petrone’s practice encompasses a wide range of real estate transactions and legal matters. She specializes in leasing, acquisitions, sales, lending, and subdivision projects. Her expertise includes representing both landlords and tenants in leasing arrangements, as well as guiding buyers and sellers through all stages of real estate transactions. Additionally, she assists borrowers and lenders throughout the entire lending process.
Ms. Petrone is also well-versed in residential matters, handling property disputes, easements, construction and underpinning agreements, and condominium issues. She helps clients with property tax structuring and obtaining tax exemptions. Furthermore, she has considerable experience in entity formation, including limited liability companies, corporations, and limited partnerships.
