TRANSACTIONAL LAW
Ms. Petrone’s practice focuses on leasing, acquisitions and sales, lending, and subdivision projects. Her practice includes representing landlords and tenants in leasing matters, buyers and sellers in all phases of commercial real property transactions, and borrowers in all phases of the lending process. She also has experience in residential matters, including property disputes, easements, and underpinning agreements, and has represented condominium developers in disputes over purchase and sale agreements. In addition, Ms. Petrone has expertise in entity formation, including limited liability companies, corporations, and limited partnerships.
