MUNICIPAL CONTRACTS AND LEASES

Our attorneys have significant experience in negotiating contracts, leases, licenses, and other agreements with local officials. Significant municipal agreements that our attorneys have recently worked on include the San Francisco 49ers naming rights agreement for Candlestick Park, and the exclusive right to negotiate agreement, development memorandum, and lease, disposition and development agreement with the San Francisco Port Authority for the Piers 27-31 Mixed Use Recreation Project, on behalf of the Mills Corporation.
