Reuben & Junius understands the challenges borrowers face in obtaining purchase or construction loans or refinancing, and our attorneys are skilled at helping lenders understand the unique aspects of San Francisco Bay Area real estate.  We represent lenders in drafting and negotiation of all required loan documentation.

We help borrowers negotiate the maze of requirements and documents necessary to close a loan, including providing the legal opinions required by lenders. In distressed circumstances, our practice includes assisting borrowers and lenders in negotiating workouts or loan modifications, and advising them on their options and rights before and during foreclosure.
