LAND USE
Ms. Lindsay has represented developers, wineries, other business entities and individuals in a wide range of land use matters including writs of mandate, development of major subdivisions, appropriations applications, vacation petitions and protest of school impact fees.
REAL ESTATE LITIGATION
Ms. Lindsay has significant experience in all aspects of civil litigation. She has handled a broad range of claims including purchase-sale disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, easement and boundary contests, writ of mandate petitions, construction defect and CEQA issues.
TRANSACTIONAL REAL ESTATE AND GENERAL BUSINESS
Ms. Lindsay has worked on a variety of transactional matters involving contract negotiation and drafting, entity formation, and drafting of entity and subdivision governing documents including articles of incorporation, bylaws, CC&Rs, partnership and operating agreements, corporate minutes and resolutions.
