LEASING, ACQUISITIONS/SALES, LENDING AND SUBDIVISION PROJECTS
To date, Ms. Petrone has worked on numerous commercial real estate projects in the Bay Area. These projects include representing landlords and tenants in leasing matters, buyers and sellers in commercial real property transactions, and borrowers and lenders in all phases of the lending process. In addition, Ms. Petrone has experience in subdivision and condominium law.
