Daniel Frattin joined Reuben & Junius as an associate in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Frattin was a law clerk for the Environmental Crimes Division of the San Francisco District Attorney's Office. He also worked for a public affairs firm for several years, where he represented real estate developers, labor unions and other interests before local government bodies. His practice focuses on land use and environmental law.

LAND USE AND ENVIRONMENTAL LAW

Mr. Frattin has worked on a variety of land use matters and is experienced with San Francisco planning and zoning laws. Mr. Frattin first worked with the San Francisco Planning Department as an intern and later as a public affairs consultant. He has worked on numerous residential and commercial projects, ranging in size from single-family homes to high-rise offices and condominiums. He has significant experience obtaining entitlements for telecommunications projects and guiding projects through environmental review in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act.

Mr. Frattin is also familiar with environmental law related to hazardous materials management and disposal, water pollution prevention, and air quality management.
